Billing and refund policy

This policy explains how one-time ViewMend AI credit packs, refunds, returned credits, and payment support work.

One-time AI credit packs

ViewMend sells one-time AI credit packs. One-time purchases do not create a subscription.

Credit delivery

AI credits are added to the user account after successful payment. Purchased credits do not expire while the account remains active.

Refund reviews

Used AI credits are generally non-refundable. Refunds are reviewed case by case. If a payment was made by mistake and credits were not used, contact billing@viewmend.com for review.

System failures and returned credits

If credits were charged but ViewMend could not complete the requested AI action because of a ViewMend system error or AI provider failure, credits may be returned to the account.

Cancellation

Since these are one-time credit packs, there is no recurring subscription to cancel.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. ViewMend does not store full card details.
