Publication terms
These terms explain what happens when you leave “Show this scan in public recent scans” checked before starting a scan.
If the checkbox is checked, the completed scan may be listed publicly on the ViewMend homepage.
Only completed reports are shown. Queued, processing, failed, expired, and cancelled scans are not shown.
Homepage listings show a cleaned domain and path only. Query strings and URL fragments are not displayed.
Private, internal, and local URLs are not allowed for scans.
ViewMend may remove public listings at any time.
Publication is optional. You can disable it by unchecking the box before submitting the scan.
